To do the best we can do in the time allotted. When we reserve space on our appointment schedule, we commit to giving you the finest possible treatment and/or service with our team of artists who are fully qualified, trained, and licensed. If we feel that our stylist or team member is unable to perform their best work, we reserve the right to reschedule your appointment time for you to receive the best possible service.
At our sole discretion, we reserve the right to reschedule an appointment or refuse service for improper action or language to our team or other guests.
It is always our goal to provide the highest level of satisfaction for all services. We will stand behind our work to continually strive for the highest quality of service. Consultations are of utmost importance to get a clear understanding of what you want to achieve with your visit. If you are not satisfied with the end result, we ask for the opportunity to adjust any service to create your desired result. Most modifications needed, will be free of service charge. We ask if an adjustment is needed that it be scheduled within 10 days of your initial visit.
When reserving specialty services such as bridal parties, Keratin, or any service taking 3+ hours, a credit card number is required. A 48-hour cancellation or reschedule notice is required, if the client fails to cancel or reschedule they are subject to charge for 50% of the total service.
We do ask that we receive a 24-hour cancellation notice for all appointments, .“No-Call No-Show” appointments may be subject to service charges, and will be required to reserve future appointments with a credit card. “No-Call No-Show” repeats will be charged full scheduled service amount.
We ask that if you are running 15 minutes late that you call and communicate with guest relations how late you will be and also understand that your appointment is subject to reschedule only if the service provider cannot perform the scheduled services in the remaining time allotment.
Bella Sirena Salon strives to prescribe the correct home care; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we are happy to exchange the product for another product or refund the purchase price amount within 10 days of sale. All make-up sales are final.
